The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a newly built private block in Lagos. Lifts and stairs to apartment. Secure video phone entrance and coded security door. The apartment comprises of lounge/dining room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 en suite and family bathroom.

Access to roof terrace. Access to balcony from bedroom, kitchen and lounge. The property has air conditioning which also gives out heat when needed. There is a front door entry code and video phone entry system.

Not suitable for children under 10 years.

Satellite TV, giving access to UK channels.
The local beaches are within walking distance, the nearest being about 15 minutes. Many other secluded beaches and coves are a short drive away.

All local beaches also accessible by car. Some of the secluded beaches have some steep steps to negotiate.
There are golf courses nearby. Boavista, 3 miles, Palmares, 4 miles. Pennina, 6 miles plus other courses within driving distance.

Nearest supermarket is Lidl. Cash only as they do not accept English cards. Other shops and supermarkets close by. Superstores in Lagos accessible by car.

Nearest restuaurant is a very friendly Italian Spaghetti house. Bom Prato, a local cafe is across the road and offers menu of the day for about 7 Euros.
Marina and fishing port close by. Big fish market selling fresh fish. Lots of cafe bars and al fresco eateries.

Changeover day Saturday, but can be flexible upon request.
Arrival time 2pm.

Departure time 10am.
