There is a dual heating /air conditioning system which can be operated by remote control.

There are well maintained gardens with shared swimming pool approx 50x20ft (pool area is extremely secure for children and the apartment sun terrace has a lockable gate with small children's pool adjoining). Each apartment has.

The terrace has a second dining table and chairs to seat 4, 2 poolside sun loungers, an additional 2 sun chairs are provided to be taken down to the pool area as required. There are additional benches on the terrace and an array of outdoor plants.

Felesia beach is approx 20 mins walk, and the beautiful marina in the heart of Vilamoura is 10 mins by car. The beaches have beautiful white sand and most have bars/restaurants and toilet facilities.
