Villas Algarve, Modern luxurious 4 bedroom villa for maximum of 8 people
This brand new villa is located in the luxurious development of Quinta do Mar and has everything you ever dreamed for your holiday. It has been beautifully decorated by the interior designer Maria Raposo.
Set it its own landscaped gardens with lovely pool, patios and BBQ area, it is within walking distance of Garrao Beach. Golf courses such as Quinta do lago and San Lorenzo are only a short drive away.
Accommodation:
Entrance hall with guest toilet lead to hallway with 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There are high quality furnishings and artwork throughout the villa. From the lounge sliding doors give access to the pool terrace, garden and BBQ area.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom and the fourth bedroom. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and the fourth has a standard double bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
In the large basement area there is a home cinema room with full SKY system, a games room with pool table and bar, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a garage.

Floor heating, air-conditioning and maid service every working day.
The accommodations are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated (only on request and written confirmation). In some cases an extra bed can be supplied subject to space being available in the chosen property.
