The accommodation is on two levels and consists, on the ground floor of entrance hallway leading to the spacious split level lounge / dining room which is beautifully furnished. Entertainment is provided here with Cable TV, a DVD Player and a music centre. From the living room there is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. In addition, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor landing where there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and access to a spacious balcony having panoramic sea and coastal views. There is also a twin bedroom and family bathroom on this level.
