Villas Algarve, Lovely 3 Bedroom Villa Accommodation In Gale

The accommodation is all on one level can comprises briefly a large entrance hallway giving access to all main living areas. The spacious lounge / dining room is furnished to a high standard with sumptuous leather sofas and modern dining table with seating for six people. Entertainment is provided here by a Satellite TV (limited channels), a DVD player and a stereo system. The spacious breakfast-kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dish washer, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor unit. Here there is also seating for six people. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine. From the hallway there is access to a lovely double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps and remote control air conditioning units (Extra Charge). The bedrooms share a luxurious family bathroom and a separate shower room with a 'double' cubical.

Patio doors from the living room and a door from the kitchen give access to the shaded terrace. Patio furniture and a Brick Built BBQ are available to enjoy 'Al Fresco' dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace surrounds the 9m x 4m swimming pool which has roman steps for easy access. Sun beds, parasols and a poolside shower compliment this lovely pool and make for an idea place for family fun in the sun. There is a good area of lawn to the front and side of the villa along with ornamental gardens containing a number of fig trees, from where the villa takes its name. Off road parking is available for two cars behind lockable gates.
