There is a large separate dining room with seating for eight people and doors to the terrace. Adjacent is the fully fitted breakfast kitchen equipped with a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor unit and coffee maker. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

All the bedrooms are light, airy and beautifully furnished. All these bedrooms have patio doors to the terraces. In addition on this level there a luxury power-shower room and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor landing where there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom.
